SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipping methods are reliable and cost-effective, ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping policies.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy times—like the launch of a new collection or sales events—processing may take slightly longer due to a surge in orders. Please be assured we’ll get your package on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear once your package is scanned by the carrier.
Since we begin preparing your order immediately after it's placed, we're unable to modify shipping addresses once the order has been submitted.
If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or looking for a delivery note. Still missing? Contact us at info@bychebli.com, and we’ll help investigate.
What to Do if Your Order Doesn't Arrive?
Start by checking the tracking information provided. If something doesn’t look right or your parcel appears to be stuck, get in touch with us. If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received anything, we’ll work with you and the courier to resolve it.
RETURN & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to start a return. This applies whether you’ve changed your mind or the item simply didn’t meet your expectations.
What Can Be Returned
We gladly accept returns that meet the following criteria:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of signs of wear or damage.

The original hangtag must still be attached.

Items should be returned in their original condition, including any packaging, accessories, or complimentary gifts.
What Cannot Be Returned
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

Items have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

The original tag is missing.

Products show odors (e.g. perfume, smoke) or excessive wear.

Final sale or hygiene-related items (e.g. undergarments, swimwear without intact seals) are not eligible for return.

Items are sent back after the 14-day window.

Returns are missing proof of purchase or return form.

Products have been mistreated or show damage due to misuse.

Returned items don’t match the original order.
Tip: Please inspect your purchase before removing tags. Once removed, we cannot process claims for damages or faults.
How to Return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bychebli.com within the return period. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for return so we can assist you promptly. -
Pack Your Item
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original condition, including the original packing slip if available. This helps us process your return efficiently. -
Send It Back
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

EU customers: Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Customers outside the EU: Please arrange your return shipment using a trusted carrier.
Note:
Unless you received an incorrect or damaged item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account, so please allow up to 15 business days total.

Recieved a Demage or Incorrect Item?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. If your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately—we’ll prioritize your issue and cover all return shipping costs where applicable.
Want to Exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
EU Customer : Your Right to Cancel
In line with EU regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, no explanation needed. This is in addition to our standard return policy.
